Joe Semas of Stockton paid the West Delta a visit recently and took home a limit of quality striped bass while soaking bullheads on a sliding sinker rig . As of press time the striper fishing in both Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers was good and improving quickly . Anglers are hooking up while trolling Yo-Zuri Crystal Minnows , tossing Fish Traps and soaking both live and dead baits . The stage is set for another exciting Rio Vista Bass Derby this October !
