Gear
Largemouths Enter Fall Mode FREMONT – Rainbow trout are drawing
the most angling interest at Shadow Cliffs

the recent catches. Rudy of Livermore
landed a monster 20 lb. channel cat while
using chicken livers from the first dock.
The trout are hitting PowerBait tossed
out by shore and bank anglers. Sam of
Pleasanton caught his limit of trout while
using PowerBait on two back-to-back
trips, reported Joe Sullivan of the East Bay
Regional Park District.
Moji of San Ramon caught a 25-
inch trout while soaking PowerBait from
the Stanley shoreline. Gavin Haus of
Pleasanton landed a 19-inch trout while
using PowerBait off of the first dock.
Bsss fishing is best in the Arroyo del Valle
ponds. C.B of Alamo caught and released
a 5lb. bass in the arroyo. Gabreil Rezendez
caught and released 5 bass float tubing in
the arroyo and using Senkos.
COYOTE - Fall patterns prevail for bass
anglers, while some work deep water for
crappie in the Silicon Valley.
