10 FRESHWATER July 7 - 21, 2017 FRESHWATER REPORTS: BULLARDS BAR/ ENGLEBRIGHT LAKES CONTINUED FROM PG 4 LAKE BERRYESSA cont. and Velocity rods.” Anglers are using a mixture of hoochies, spinners, spoons and other lures, tipped with white corn, to hook the kokanee at 30 to 40 feet deep. During the recent cold spell before the weather turned very hot, Larry Hemphill, fishing guide, made a trip to Berrryessa. “I took a husband-wife team to Berryessa on Wednesday.
