COLLINS LAKE … Rain and fog have discouraged some anglers , but those who have made it to Collins Lake are catching quality trout . Big trout to 9-½ pounds are being caught on PowerBait or lures that rattle .

10 . has seen very consistent fly and lure fishing over the last few weeks . The next two months are expected to be epic , so plan a trip now .

FOLSOM LAKE … The recent storms
