Our primary school is called "San Tarcisio" and is located in Ercolano, a beautiful city at the foot of the
volcano
"Vesuvius" very famous in the world for the eruption of 79 AD. which destroyed the ancient cities of
Herculaneum and Pompei.
Our school is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The school is very concerned with the development of pupils' skills, and for this reason it has decided to put
eTwinning at the center of its teaching action in order to better develop the key competences required by the
European framework.
Our students love etwinning projects and since the school has included them in their school curricula, the
whole school community: students, teachers and families live the journey in knowledge with a greater
awareness and spirit of initiative, such as to have infected, with their own enthusiasm, even the local
authorities.
The eTwinning didactic that our school has managed in recent years to fall within the curriculum and its
programming has offered our students the opportunity to develop, in addition to the skills of school subjects,
also social, sports, digital skills with coding activities plugged and unplugged, of citizenship, linguistics with
approach to the world of theater, dance, music, and interactive reading ... Thanks eTwinning
