Part 4a Future Plans Hopefully we are now in a position to manage our “Thinking Speeds” in a better way. We should now be able to see the early signs of any triggers/ flashbacks, we should be able to put into practice plans to deal with the results of these, and we should be able to bring ourselves back down by using our own braking strategies or relaxation exercises. What we can now do is set future goals for ourselves to further assist our recovery path. Let‟s look at ways in which we can make this happen.
