PONTE VEDRA BUSINESSES Swing FOR SEAMARK by KELLY H. MCDERMOTT On Friday, May 8, members of the Ponte Vedra Park Drive business community came together to help raise money for Seamark Ranch. The annual event, dubbed Swing into Spring, was hosted by Montoya & Associates, The Griggs Group, PS27 Ventures, Florida Eye Specialists, Southeast Orthopedics, Eastern Poultry, First Coast MOHS, Vystar Credit Union and Manamor Sotheby’s International Realty. More than 350 members of the community came out to enjoy luauinspired food from 4Rivers Smokehouse, music by the Caribbean Chillers and a tour of the newest Porsche models. The event raised more than $2,000 for Seamark Ranch to provide children from families in crisis with the tools they need to build a brighter future. “This event is always a nice way to thank our clients and make new friends in the community,” said Will Montoya, CEO of Montoya & Associates and president of the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Club. “We had a record turnout for the event and it is always a fantastic way to finish up The Players Championship week.” Seamark Ranch is a Christian home and family system that provides children from families in crisis with a family home model, specialized residential school and life lessons on a working farm community.
