For some of us, unique wines delivered to our doors sounds like a dream come true. To Jason Richelson, it’s a necessity. Richelson, who has been in the wine business in Manhattan for a decade, noticed a lack of wine variety when he came home to Florida last year. “In Florida, every grocery store sells wine,” Richelson said. “In New York, we don’t have that. Grocery stores do not have great wine—and for the most part what you find in grocery stores is mass produce
