Join us for the 18 th annual Native Treasures Art Market hosted by New Mexico ’ s Museum of Indian Arts and Culture . The in-person art market showcases jewelry , pottery , sculpture , two-dimensional art , fashion , carvings , basketry , beadwork , and textiles by 200 Indigenous artists .
The Museum of Indian Arts and Culture ( MIAC ) is pleased to announce Virgil Ortiz ( Cochiti Pueblo ) as the 2022 MIAC Living Treasure . This award is part of the annual Art Market and honors Native artists who have made outstanding artistic contributions to Indigenous arts and culture .
