Ryan Eugene Foulks was born June 16 , 1983 to his mother Mary , father Dale and older brother Brandon . The family lived in Rialto for his first few years until younger brother Dustin was born . The family moved to Victorville , where Ryan resided for the rest of his life .
Ryan played many sports growing up , including soccer , baseball , hockey , golf , skateboarding , snowboarding and riding dirt bikes .
Ryan began his fire service career with Victorville Fire Department as a paid call firefighter . After completing a fire academy , Ryan was hired full time and spent eight years with the Fort Irwin Fire Department , eventually promoting to fire engineer . During his time at Fort Irwin , Ryan married wife Jessica ; together they bought a home and had daughters Brooke and Kherington , now 11 and 8 , respectively .
Ryan eventually left Fort Irwin and joined Colton Fire Department , where he spent the last five years of his career . Ryan loved to shoot guns , go camping and take trips to Hawaii . He passed away on July 19 .
