Station 18, meanwhile is owned not by the county but by the Fire Belles citizen responder group who formerly staffed the station. They do have funds and are coordinating with Captain Mike Murphy to work on improvements. • The station is scheduled to receive a used fire/ rescue boat from the Mountain Division. • By March of next year all personnel assigned to work at Stations 32 and 18 will need boat ops certi- fication. Another class was held in October to help pad the roster of those available.
