VOLUME 4 • 2014
Greetings,
Welcome to Volume 4. The FIREWIRE magazine has now completed
its first year with 4 quarterly issues published and as of this printing
we have had over 19,000 digital views between the first three issues
published. The magazine was developed with two goals in mind. The
first goal was to use it to improve internal communications between the
935 executive board and the membership. The second goal was to use
the magazine as a way to show all the positive things we do in our county
on a daily basis. This project is a constantly evolving team effort. We
have developed a solid infrastructure from the editing staff to division
news writers. We also have developed numerous relationships with local
media photographers as well as some local free-lance photographers.
These photographers have been generous enough to give us their quality
photos. Our advertisers have funded a large portion of our costs for 2014
and we look forward to 2015 being more of the same. Please support our
advertisers; they make this magazine possible. 2015 will bring four more
quarterly issues, starting in January. Please don’t hesitate to contact me
or and anyone else on our staff if you would like to be involved.
Respectfully,
Jeff Allen
