Bastia is definitely the one city that most resembles Italy; it is colourful in character, and has the style of Tuscany . The city, on the other hand, offers tourists a wealth of culture and art; in fact, along its streets you can admire palaces and ancient buildings. The port, located in the city centre, is the one of the busiest seaports in the Mediterranean and the second busiest French port in terms of passenger traffic. Corsica also has a rail service from Bastia to Calvi whilst not that frequent Calvi is most certainly worth a visit, you will find picturesque views of the coast and there are many enjoyable places to spend time both in Calvi itself and the surrounding region The beach is a long, narrow strip of white sand and serene, shallow water that stretches nearly
