Valued employee presented with award for
40 years service with Cheshire Fire
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service employee has
been given a special award for 40 years service.
Ursula Jones, from Great Sutton, works in the Human Resources Department at the Winsford Headquarters and
was presented with her award during a ceremony at Eaton Estate, Chester.
Ursula was presented with her award, along with colleagues receiving medals for 20 years service, by
Cheshire’s Lord Lieutenant David Briggs at an awards evening in the Wolf Room at Eaton Park, Eaton Estate.
Recipients of the 20 year medal included:
• Watch Manager Jonathan Caulfield who lives in Winsford and works in Crewe
• Watch Manager Daniel Cummings who lives in Aintree and works in Warrington
• On-call Firefighter Celia Margot Davies who lives and works in Malpas
• Firefighter Michael Hitchen who lives and works in Warrington
• Firefighter Craig McIntyre who lives and works in Runcorn
