Muscular Endurance
The RAF requires all of its personnel to maintain a level of upper body muscular endurance and for Firefighters this is absolutely vital in order to cope with everyday tasks . You will be asked to demonstrate this across three disciplines ; Press Ups , Sit Ups and Weighted Pull Downs . In all of the tests you will be required to achieve the standard below .
