Intermediate Band (Concert Band)
Intermediate Band is primarily composed of 9th graders that focuses on developmental skills for brass, woodwind, and percussion. This ensemble typically performs grade 3-4 literature. Chair placements in the Fall Semester are based on the previous spring semester’s placement auditions, or by middle school band director recommendation. Spring semester, the band is a mixture of all grade levels based on band and chair placement results from the Fall Mid-Term Exam.
