Understanding the Group’s asset base
The foundation of the Accord Group’s strength is built on the homes it owns and manages. Information on the Group’s assets provides the
Board with ongoing oversight over the Group’s approach to the utilisation and management of these assets. The Board sets the strategy
for asset management in line with the strategic business plan objectives and approves a Group-wide approach to delivery of active asset
management including strategic disposals in line with key considerations for the future of the stock. The strategy is based on the premise
‘The right property, in the right condition and in the right location’.
These principles and data are used to measure and improve performance and support the delivery of the corporate asset management
