OPPORTUNITIES
With the new year right around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about where the opportunities
are that will best serve you and your business in the coming year. Take the time now to identify your primary
goals and objectives for the new year.
What is your action plan to execute on your strategy? Is 2019 the year you need to modify your practice
to position it for long term growth? Will this be the year you migrate your business to an advisory focused
practice? Is it your goal to introduce life insurance or financial planning? Will you develop stronger
relationships with professionals who can help grow and influence your business, such as CPAs and estate
planning attorneys? Do you need to develop stronger relationships with other internal department leaders at
your bank or credit union? Have you successfully partnered with your marketing department to support your
growth strategies?
Now is the time to ask the questions that will help shape your business in 2019. Whether you are an advisor,
a program manager, executive or assistant, developing a plan right now is the first step in ensuring your
