TECHNOLOGY Securities America TECHNOLOGY UPDATE Future Enhancements, Offerings and Opportunities Advantage Workstation Platform Upgrade Coming in 2019, enhancements to the Advantage Workstation will create changes in both Account Manager and Dashboard. The focus is to enhance the user experience without losing functionality while moving these systems to a cloud-based platform. Benefits of these enhancements will include the removal of specific browser reliance and easier third-party integration opportunities in the future. More information will be published as it becomes available. If you have questions, contact the Technology Training team.   New Client Portal Securities America is working with eMoney to create a portal you can provide your clients. The portal will be available to all Securities America advisors at no additional cost in 2019. In addition to the client portal, we have negotiated deep discounts with eMoney if you would like to add the Financial Planning or Account Aggregation features. If you have questions, contact the Technology Training team.   13 Financial Institutions Newsletter | 4 th QUARTER 2018 Managed Opportunities on New Business Solutions Coming later this year, this new integrated system will allow you to open Managed Opportunities accounts through the New Business Solutions application. New Business Solutions consolidates various processes involving new account setup, while Managed Opportunities, an institutional third-party money management advisory program, traditionally involved manual processes to setup accounts. Proposal information will be pulled directly from Envestnet to start the Add Account process. This will allow you to prefill client information from open records in our systems or Redtail, use electronic signature and integrate paperwork transmission to the home office for processing.
