Manufacturing processes
All domestically produced quartz surface products are made by using a patented
production process and machinery developed by Breton S.p.A. of Italy (“Breton”). 31 Chinese
producers do not use Breton technology. 32 The manufacturing process of Chinese producers
combines machinery and manual labor to produce quartz slabs. 33
