Out of the total 5,893 full-time and part-time employees, 97.6% are Malaysians whereas only
2.4% are non-Malaysians. Similarly, majority of the outsourced professionals are Malaysians
across all the sectors, with the exception of Management Consultancy & Market Research
sector which has a higher proportion of non-Malaysians.

Most of the employees across all the sectors are skilled workers, with the exception of the legal
sector which has a higher proportion of semi-skilled worker. The industry is mainly comprised
of Professionals (28%), Technicians and Associate Professionals (29%) and Clerical Support
Workers (26%) which make up a total of 80% of the total employees. Meanwhile, Managers
make up a total of about 12% of the total employees and the remaining 5.0% consist of non-
professionals, i.e. craft and related trades workers, plant and machine operators and assemblers,
as well as elementary occupations.
