An opportunity of the line is that Harry has a huge fan base. He will not only bring a lot of attention to the collaboration, but to Paul Smith and his brand. Paul is hoping that he will bring the younger target audience, that Paul does not yet have. This will hopefully encourage them to shop there once the line has stopped being sold. This will increase sales due to the increase of customers, bringing more money into the business.
A threat to the collaboration is that over the years a lot more stores have opened similar to Pauls, for example Ted Baker and Hackett. They have a lower price point too, therefore customers might choose to shop in the cheaper stores than Pauls. The clothes the other brands sell are of a high quality with immaculate tailoring, therefore the other brands are a better value for money.
