This is a mock up of the Twitter feed from the collaboration Topshop X The Wintours account. This chain of posts using the #SecretsofTSXTW will create engagement from the audience as it’s a proven fact that consumers like to know things they shouldn't. This natural trait is within all of us, the desire to know secrets, like a back stage preview, excites us. This chain post will be posted on the launch day of 10th March 2018. This is the day before British Mother's Day. This will build anticipation and start to gain the account followers. By retweeting / regramming from the Topshop UK account this will automatically bring followers. It's argued that the posts should go live on the 11th (the day of launch and British Mother's Day) however I believe the hashtag is then less likely to trend as quick. Also celebratory days such as Mothers Day sees a decline in activity on social media sites making it understandable to launch the Twitter feed the day before.
