Throughout her illustrious career, Bernadette Peters has dazzled audiences and critics with her performances on stage, in film and television, in concert, and on recordings. One of Broadway’ s most critically acclaimed performers, Bernadette has garnered numerous accolades including three Tony Awards, a Golden Globe, four Emmy and four GRAMMY Award nominations, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Old Friends, Hello, Dolly!, Follies, and A Little Night Music. Her Tonywinning performances include Song and Dance and Annie Get Your Gun, with additional nominations for Gypsy, The Goodbye Girl, Into the Woods, Sunday in the Park with George, Mack and Mabel, and On the Town. On screen, Peters has appeared in over 30 films, including The Jerk, Pennies from Heaven, Annie, Pink Cadillac, and tick, tick … BOOM!. Her television work includes Zoey’ s Extraordinary Playlist( Emmy-nominated), Mozart in the Jungle, The Good Fight, High Desert, and Ally McBeal. She has released four solo albums including the GRAMMYnominated I’ ll Be Your Baby Tonight, and contributed to numerous original cast recordings. Peters is a passionate animal advocate. She co-founded, along with her friend Mary Tyler Moore, Broadway Barks a star-studded pet adoption event benefiting shelters and rescues. She was honored with the Isabelle Stevenson Tony Award for her humanitarian work. Peters is also a New York Times bestselling author who has penned three children’ s books.
