PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT
Fender Flare Disassembly
STEP 1: Go ahead and remove the
entire driver side front fender. First
remove the 5 bolts and one push pin
holding the inner fender to the fender.
Firmly pull the fender and remove it
from the vehicle. You are likely to
break some of the plastic clips from
the fender so be sure to have replacements
for putting it back together!
STEP 2: On the firewall, disconnect
the wheel sensor plug, remove the
lower master cylinder nut (13mm),
remove and discard the mounting
bracket and save the two retaining
nuts (10mm).
Since this vehicle is running Falcon
Shocks, we are going to unbolt the
top of the shock and rock it forward.
This will give us about an inch of
extra room to work with when putting
the compressor into place.
STEP 3: Cut the zip tie holding the
wheel sensor wire harness to the
retainer, relocate the retainer to the
other side of the plug, and use a new
zip tie to secure the wire harness to
the retainer.
STEP 4: Install the spacer plate to
the firewall.
Installing GOR Compressor
Bracket to ARB Twin
Compressor
STEP 5: Let’s get the compressor
ready! Install the compressor mounting
plate onto the back of the ARB
Compressor. Slide the ARB plugs
through the large hole in the
compressor bracket.
STEP 6: Install heat shield onto the
right-hand side of the compressor
and install the bolts, washers and nut.
