My Sweet Working Place

How ?

The partners will organise an online meeting to organise the tasks and decide who will do what . Then we will decide on an ideal calendar that will be published on the twinspace and share the responsibilities of the activities . For example September , the teachers will add members on the project and have parent ' s allowances completed and signed . The students will introduce themselves .

The students will have to stick to deadlines and go to the site twice a month in order to follow the rhythm of the tasks . Most of the activities will be decided in common with collaboration and sharing .

Why ?

The aim is to use a fictional perfect job , in order to find out which problems the world of work encounters . So by looking for the perfect job , the students will have to discover different aspects of the working life and discuss them . They will learn how to read a job ad , create a job ad , recruit people , but also wonder about the best boss , which qualities they are waiting for in a company ( as far as gender , inclusion , image , technologies etc .. are concerned ) The partners are going to build a dictionary together , create job ads , so that the partners will apply for , organise a recruitment session , They will work on how to have a good image on the internet , for a person , but also for a company . They should be prepared to critical thinking about discrimination and other problems the world of world is confronted with and how to deal with them . if some students already have working experience , we will be happy to have them share it .
