erected in the 1950s and 1960s and recommended as HIGH priorities due to their exceptional historic significance or architectural merit . One of these new HIGH priority resources , the house located at 1128 W . Park Row , is a ca . 1950 custom-designed Modern house . The resource is prominently located at the intersection of S . Davis Street and W . Park Row and is widely recognized as one of the city ’ s best examples of the Modern style .
