My name is Jacob Mousseau and I am the
owner of Pinessee Exteriors, a proud sub-
contractor of Red River Siding.
Why did you join Fight for Charity?
Me and my best friend, Devin, made a promise at last year’s Fight for Charity that if he signed up, I
would too, and here we are!
What is your biggest accomplishment?
Overcoming the power of addiction, getting out of the revolving door of the justice system, starting
my own business and being a great father to my three beautiful children.
What would people be most surprised to learn about you?
My ability to do over 20 handstand push-ups.
What is your history with boxing?
My father raised me and my brothers to protect ourselves. He taught me how to fight, to have heart
and to never give up. Growing up in the toughest neighbourhoods of Winnipeg, it was a must. We
would always watch boxing together and I always told him that’ll be me one day walking in that ring.
So here we are tonight. Going to make him proud.
Once my fight is done, I’d like:
To continue training because boxing is my passion. Don’t know if I’ll continue in the ring, though; life
is busy enough as it is with three kids and a small business.
