Why did you join Fight for Charity?
I wanted to help raise money for charity and always wanted to try boxing. After seeing a few people
I know fight last year, I figured I’d throw my hat in the ring.
What is your biggest accomplishment?
My family and business. They both keep me busy and humble.
What would people be most surprised to learn about you?
I grew up speaking Welsh, which is an old Celtic language that only about half a million people
speak today.
What is your history with boxing?
I was always intrigued with boxing growing up, but never actively looked to join a club. I’ve
really enjoyed the last three months of training. Pan Am is a great gym and I would encourage
anyone to go.
Once my fight is done, I’d like:
I’d love a few beers. Then after a week off, get back into the classes at Pan Am.
Favourite TV show: Vikings, The Office and Family Guy.
Favourite movie: Snatch, all of the Rambo movies and Split.
Favourite sport: Rugby, sccer, hockey and I guess boxing now.
Favourite quote: “Life is short. Don’t be lazy.”
