mentoring. For 50 years, Big Brothers
Big Sisters of Winnipeg has made a
difference in the lives of young people.
Bringing together children and youth
with community volunteers, we believe
every child who wants a mentor should
receive one.
Children and youth facing adversity
benefit from being introduced to a
volunteer mentor to spend quality
time with, talk about issues, and have
fun. We rely on the support of the
community to help over 650 young
people every year who are struggling
in life and need a healthy relationship, a
positive influence.

supported to help children and youth
become more confident, live healthy
lifestyles, avoid bad life decisions, do
better in school and get along better
with family and friends.
