What route could I take to my ideal career ?
You can start at SCQF Level 5 ( the equivalent of National 5s ) and progress through HNC / HND then on to year 2 or 3 of a degree at one of our partner universities or move into employment .

HNC : Applied Sciences
I chose to study HNC : Applied Sciences as I always liked science , so it would let me explore different avenues . I ’ ve really enjoyed the practical side of the course . You get to do a lot of lab work and things you never get to experience at school .
The environment is very welcoming at Fife College . It ’ s quite small classes which is really good . You get to properly know the people you ’ re with . After this year , I ’ m going to Dundee University to do Child and Mental Health Nursing .
