HNC Business Management
The HNC in Business Management was a fantastic mixture of everything . The aspects I enjoyed most were the marketing and managing organisations .
I run my own business where I make and sell anything from chocolates , tray bakes and chocolate bars . However , the second pandemic made me realise I wanted to take a break from online studying and focus on setting up my business on social media . With the help of the Marketing unit in the HNC , I have learnt skills that I have transferred into my business , including marketing insights and social media .
Learning online during the pandemic was a strange experience , however the support that the staff offered was invaluable . Since then , I have thoroughly enjoyed being back on campus as I can interact with friends and lecturers .
After my course , I strive to grow my business into a full time career , where I can work towards my long term goal of owning a commercial kitchen and shop .
