You will be introduced to this award by using a blended approach - you will have online sessions , in which marketing specific concepts , theories and frameworks will be introduced , and face to face delivery , where you will get the opportunity to apply these concepts to real case scenarios . You will engage in activities directed and supervised by lecturers and will also undertake work in autonomous way . The course will be assessed through a blend of assignments and project work .

Direct entry into year 2 ( HND ) requires the full , successful completion of the related HNC with 15 SQA credits .

The main purpose of this course is to prepare you for employment in a range of human resource management roles in a variety of employment settings . The HND qualification is designed to match the needs of employers , in that it provides human resource management specialists who are adaptable to change , flexible in their roles and attitudes and able to develop a clear understanding of their HRM roles and responsibilities . This will enable you to support other employees and will impact on the success of the organisation .

It will also provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to deal with the major issues you are likely to encounter in your career . This degree course is delivered at Fife College in partnership with Abertay University and successful students will graduate with a degree awarded by Abertay University .
