This part-time evening course provides the opportunity for you to acquire a deeper understanding of cellular processes , physiological mechanisms , communication between organisms , and the biology of populations as they apply to the human species .
Entry requirements
National 5 Biology at Grade C or above , however entry to the course may also be subject to successful completion of a diagnostic test .
Mature students with relevant experience but without formal qualifications are encouraged to apply
A transition course will run 1 day a week in August 2023 , to help students achieve on this programme

This course allows you to study the sciences at Higher level with a view to progressing to HNC : Applied Sciences then an HND or university course or directly into employment on one of the fast-growing , well-paid specialist STEM sectors .

Foundation Apprenticeship : Scientific Technologies ( Laboratory Skills ) SCQF Level 6 plus four National 5s at Grade C or above to include Biology , Chemistry , and Maths
