This 17-week , short fulltime course ( running from September to January ) covers everything from looking after customers to job seeking activities . It is a great way to get back into studying . The background to working in business , enterprise or customer service gained will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in the workplace and to learn more about working in customer facing industries .
Entry Requirements One of the following :
Three National 4 units in relevant subjects ( e . g . English , Modern Studies , History , Maths , Business , Administration and IT , Geography , Politics , RMPS )
