During this course you will learn the importance of researching , planning and preparing makeup and hair looks for the fashion and media industries . You will design and produce your final looks and produce folios of your work . Your learning will be a blend of in-college and online learning . You will be required to source models for your final looks and will participate in a work placement . You will also create a creative current look for a competition .

This course is ideal for you if you have an interest in fashion make-up and wish to work within the fashion industry . From runway and fashion make-up to editorial and catwalk , this fashion make-up course is designed to explore the creative elements of the fashion world .
Entry Requirements
Make-up Artistry , Hairdressing or Beauty qualification at SCQF Level 5 or 6
Relevant experience in hairdressing , make-up or beauty will be considered on an individual basis
You will also need to demonstrate that you are passionate about fashion make-up and that you are determined to succeed in the industry

This course is ideal for you if you have an interest in media make-up artistry and wish to work in the TV , film , theatre and fashion industries . You will produce a range of media hair and make-ups for photo shoots and produce a portfolio of your final looks .

An SCQF Level 6 qualification in Make-up Artistry
Applicants with appropriate and relevant industry experience may be considered
