CULINARY ARTS AND HOSPITALITY
Eilidh Smith Studied for a career in Professional Cookery
I came across from Australia when I was 18 , after deciding I wanted to go to college in Europe . I applied for NC : Hospitality at Fife College , and from there I went on to do my NC : Professional Cookery , and then my HNC in Professional Cookery .
While I was at college , my classmate Terri and I won the Brakes Competition , which gave us the opportunity to join the Culinary Team at the Culinary Arts Olympics in Stuttgart , Germany .
Since leaving Fife College , I am now working at the Ivy in Edinburgh and I plan to transfer down to London , then move onto Paris and do some French patisserie .
