I started at Fife College with a Level 5 Bakery course . I then completed a Level 6 Patisserie course , which was interesting , and now I do HNC Patisserie , and hopefully next year I ’ ll go on to the HND Patisserie at Glasgow College .
I came on this course wanting to be a baker and open my own bakery , but now I want to be a pastry chef , which is a big change . The lecturers have been amazing , I get along with them all and they are very helpful .”
