Sub-17 de la FIFA. Suma 14 presencias y
solo estuvo ausente en la pasada edición
del certamen global jugado en Emiratos
Árabes Unidos.
Pese a su gran experiencia, Estados Unidos aún no ha logrado sobresalir obteniendo algún título. De hecho, su mejor actuación fue en 1999, cuando en
Nueva Zelanda obtuvo el cuarto puesto,
aunque solo una definición por penales
contra Australia le impidió pasar a la final. En otras cuatro ocasiones se metió
entre los ocho mejores, lo que logró por
última vez en Perú 2005.
Para clasificar a la Copa del Mundo, debió jugar una repesca contra Jamaica,
