Mask Off and Apply Glue
4.1
Spray Contact Adhesive can usually be sprayed onto the area is it needed with surprising accuracy. However,
any over spray areas will be a sticky mess. Time spent masking is a good investment.

Mask any perimeter areas where it is essential that glue be placed completely to the edge.
4.2
Adjust the spray
pattern on the glue noz-
zle as needed and spray
a single, light, even coat
on both surfaces being
joined.
Apply the coats lightly
and evenly with no pud-
dled areas. Once dry,
respray a second coat.
Contact Spray Adhesive
must dry completely
before a bond can be
made. This can take
anywhere from one to
ten minutes. Read the
instructions on the glue
you are using for exact
directions.
