Step 1
Layout and Prepare the Frame Openings

Confi rm size of each appli-
ance to be mounted.
Typical Oven / Microwave Combo Layout
Determine if the frame opening(s)
will require alteration.
Also confi rm any spacing require-
ments between stacked but sepa-
rate oven appliances.

To Increase the size
of an opening
Oven Frames and Plat-
forms are used to secure
and trim built-in oven
appliances into the
cabinetry.
Place masking tape in the
approximate areas of the
cutout.
Layout the openings on the
oven frame with pencil lines
over the masking tape.
Attention to detail is
critical during the
installation of these Plat-
forms and Frames since
this application will need
to support heavy steel
appliances over many
years of use.
