Kampai, says Makoto-Ya
BRINGING the best in Japanese food and beverage to ProWine Asia 2018 is Makoto- Ya, established in 1992, and today a leading importer, exporter and wholesaler of Japanese food and beverage.
One of the company’ s crowd pullers at booth 10H2-06 is the popular Sapporo beer, offered as Sapporo Premium Black and Sapporo Premium Beer.
The former is Sapporo’ s first dark beer, which aims to be bold and flavourful, yet retaining the smooth and crisp texture of the classic Sapporo. It is crafted with roasted dark malts and a refined hop bitterness that is complemented by a sweet, round fullness, and distinct coffee and
chocolate flavours.
The latter, perhaps, needs no introduction as it is the flagship offering by Sapporo; it comes with a crisp, refined flavour and clean finish.
For sake lovers, the
Momokawa Hana-Omoi Junmai Daiginyo sake is brewed in the Japanese prefecture of Aomori using Mahoroba Ginsen yeast, a special type of yeast usually reserved for the best sake.
With a mission to brew top-quality sake, Momokawa Brewing Japan( MBJ) has over a century of tradition and expertise in sake brewing, and carries brands such as Nebuta, Sugidama and Momokawa.
Have a Sapporo on us, says Mokota-Ya, a leading importer, exporter and wholesaler of Japanese food and beverage.
