Harvey Norman Commercial FF&E hold and maintains a third party certified Quality Management System (QA) in accordance with AS/
NZ 9001 : 2015. This acts as a means of ensuring that products and services conform to specific requirements. The Management Systems
Manual includes specific procedures and records in order to maintain the consistency of quality in all our products and services.
Environmental Management
Harvey Norman Commercial FF&E has established and maintains a third party certified Environmental Management System in accordance
with AS/NZ 14001 : 2015. We have a set of principles that we adhere to in every instance in order to minimise wastage, reduce packaging
and dispose of any “by-products” in an environmentally friendly manner.
