trajectory is not. That is the power of directed attention.
Your energy follows what you repeatedly focus on. If you spend your days consuming rejection, comparison, outrage, and fear, your nervous system learns that these things matter. If you deliberately cultivate curiosity, meaningful relationships, creativity, gratitude, and purposeful action, you give your mind different patterns to strengthen. Your life contains infinite potential directions. Your
attention helps determine which possibilities you explore, which behaviors you repeat, and which environments you create around yourself.
Becoming the master of your energy means being intentional.
You cannot control everything that happens to you, but you can decide what happens within you. Your power lies in your freedom to choose. The freedom to choose where you focus your energy. Don’t waste energy replaying old conversations or past experiences. Don’t spend
energy worrying about the future that has not arrived. Don’t exert energy seeking approval from people who don’t know your story. Don’t expend energy trying to change others or trying to control what is outside of your control. Stop giving away your energy or allowing others to drain your energy.
Mastery is learning how to govern the universe within you.
Your energy is your life in motion. You reclaim your power the moment you bring yourself back to now. Protect your energy. Pause before reacting. Question the thought behind the emotion. Question if a thought supports your mental wellness. Choose your environments carefully. Say no without explaining your reason. Rest without guilt. Spend less energy proving who you are and more energy becoming who you want to be.
Ask yourself, “What deserves my energy and what am I choosing to focus on?” When you master your mind, something extraordinary begins to happen. You stop chasing and you start attracting experiences that are in alignment with your intention and highest self.
