I must admit that taking advantage of little tweaks help me feel better about myself. Don't get me wrong, we all want to look good for our age and we dread wrinkles and sagging, but we can all age well if we stay on top of it. When we look in the mirror, we want to look healthy and the best version of ourselves. So why not just do that? There is nothing wrong with giving yourself a bit of extra love every day.
Here are some tips that can help you embrace the aging process beautifully.
Hydrate- Moisturize your skin day & night (as we age our skin appears to get a bit dry). Don't forget your hands and body.
Get facials - Peels, Lasers, dermaplaning etc... As we age cell turnover slows down, so why not assist it a bit?...
Exfoliate - There are so many at home exfoliating scrubs that help slough off that dead skin. (face and body)
Botox- Relax and lift (why not?!) If used moderately and applied with the best injector your face should look refreshed not surprised!
Lip plumper or Derma Fillers - Pucker up buttercup! We all lose volume as we age so why not add a little bit of enhancement?
Lashes- Lash enhancing serums (my favorite) are the best eye-openers. Extensions can also be a great option if your eyes can handle the adhesive and the volume.
Brows- Brow tinting, microblading, brow gels and brow penciling are a must. Our brows frame our face and when filled in; whether it’s semi-permanent or permanent it will definitely give you a more youthful look.
