Looking ahead, what excites you most about your future in aesthetic medicine, and what do you hope your patients, followers and the next generation of practitioners will understand about the connection between beauty, health, and genuine self-confidence?
Even though I’ve been in this industry for over 2 decades, I feel like I’m just getting started! My reach has expanded outside the clinic to both television and other media platforms. I’ve been fortunate to be a regular television contributor on several daytime shows, educating viewers on the latest news and trends in the aesthetic, wellness and plastic surgery spaces. I also launched a new platform this year shaymoinuddin.com where I share wellness and beauty hacks as well as lifestyle, travel and skincare tips.
I hope the next generation of practitioners understand that technical skill is only part of what makes an exceptional provider. Integrity, compassion, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to truly listen to your patients are just as important.
And to my patients and followers, I want them to understand that beauty, health, and confidence are deeply connected. Aesthetic treatments can help us look more refreshed, but genuine self-confidence comes from something much deeper and if I can try to connect those dots for my patients, then I have done my job!
