You’ve been part of The Few Institute since 2008. Share what has kept you passionate about this work for so long and how your role has evolved from treating patients to leading a clinic and educating others.
What keeps me passionate about my work, hands down, are my patients. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been building long-term relationships with my patients and their families. I've treated some of the same patients for over 20 years and I have an incredible amount of gratitude for the trust and confidence they have placed in me.
Over the years, my role has evolved far beyond treating patients. Leading a clinic has given me the opportunity to mentor staff, educate other providers, and help establish the standards of patient care that I believe are essential in aesthetic medicine. Leadership isn't just about sharing your knowledge; it's about setting an example, encouraging growth, and creating a culture where patient safety and excellence always come first.
