You wear so many hats — mother, entrepreneur, healer, survivor. What does balance look like for you now, and has that definition evolved?

Balance used to mean perfection — everything in its place, everything under control. Now, it means permission. Permission to rest, to ask for help, to let go of what no longer serves. Some days are chaotic, some are calm — and I’ve learned to meet both with compassion instead of judgment.

But more than anything, I’ve learned that balance isn’t something you achieve alone. It comes from community — from having people you trust, who show up when you can’t do it all. Friends, family, neighbors, colleagues — that web of support is what allows me to keep going. Balance, for me, is less about juggling and more about leaning in — and letting others catch you when you need it.
