How Fall’s Hottest Style Trend Inspired My Dream Vacation

hen my husband
asked me what I
wanted to do for
my 40th birthday, I couldn’t help but think of a very far-fetched dream that has always floated around in the back of my head. We love to travel and do it quite often, but never enough in our own beautiful country. We also both like to hike but as lovely as Chicago is, walking by Lake Michigan doesn’t exactly fill our “hiking tanks”. There are so many places that the two of us have not seen right here in the U.S., specifically National Parks!
It may have been the idea of autumn that was just beginning to fill the air as my late September birthday approached, it may have been the underlying push to do something “big” for such a monumental birthday, Or, (more realistically) it may have been the abundance of glamping fashion taking over the runways, boutiques, and closets this season that got me to bite the bullet and book my dream vacation.
