I am attracted to foods that make me feel happy, healthy and full of life. As a professional dancer both at San Francisco Ballet and on Broadway, I am fascinated with nutrition and love discovering new tricks on how to stay healthy while maintaining a body size and weight for peak performance on the ballet stage and on Broadway. It is so important to make choices that meet short term needs, but it is even more important to plan for long term health and to create habits that emulate the desire to be healthy.

We've all heard the basics: eat your fruits and vegetables, drink water, exercise, and that too much sugar and carbs are bad. I want to take you above and beyond what we already know and dig a bit deeper into health.
